Chicago's
Old Town School of Folk Music Frank was a founder
of the school in 1957, and it has grown greatly in size and
scope since then. A Chicago landmark with a beautiful new

Dvorak one of their favorite performers. He is
a friend and embodies the spirit of the Old Town of Folk Music
in Chicago. He is a member of the revival group “Weavermania”.

He is a master teacher for pre-school children and has classes
across the US.
Roger McGuinn was a former student of Frank’s. One of
Roger's current projects is the Folkden,
an online resource for the preservation of folk music. Roger
records a new tune each month free for downloading or streaming.

Ron
Olesko Ron is a knowledgeable and interesting
interviewer and runs a folk music program out of New Jersey.
Tommy
Makem is a wonderful ballad singer from Ireland.
He is the Bard of Armagh. He was mainstay of the Clancy Brothers
and Tommy Makem and represents the best of Irish traditional
