SINGING
IN A SOCIAL SETTING Led by master folk musician Frank Hamilton,
in Decatur, Georgia. Learn to develop your own unique talents in
the company of others, while exploring folk, world and a wide variety
of accessible music.
All levels of singers and potential singers are encouraged. Accompanying
instruments are also welcome.
Starting the second week of September, with performances to be determined.
Beginning Sunday September 7th, 4:00 - 5:30 pm, this is an 8 week
course. Students are asked to bring small tape recorders and tapes
to each class The fee is pre-payable at $120.00. Call to secure
your place in the class and for directions to the class location.

Frank Hamilton is a founder
of the the Old Town School of Folk Music in Chicago. He was also
a member of the folk group "The Weavers" and has recorded,
performed in concert with and accompanied such notables as Pete
Seeger, The Clancy Brothers, Tom Paxton and Joan Baez. Frank is
also an accomplished instrumentalist and currently performs in and
around Atlanta with his wife, Mary.
